Misha Palecek currently serves as the Chief Transformation Officer for DaVita’s U.S. Kidney Care business. Misha is responsible for business growth through strategic value-based care partnerships, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships, and care delivery innovations across the kidney care continuum.
Recognized widely for his leadership, including being named one of Becker’s Healthcare Chief Transformation Officers To Know, Palecek is passionate about scaling innovative care models that are designed to improve the lives of patients and physicians. In addition to his primary duties with DaVita, Misha also founded DaVita’s “Village Green” program in 2007. Misha earned his Masters of Business Administration from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business and his B.A. in Human Biology with a minor in Economics from Stanford University. Rishi Lilly serves as Chief Operating Officer of Oak Street Health, a network of value-based primary care centers for adults on Medicare. Oak Street Health currently operates more than 200 centers across 25 states. Throughout her 5.5 years at Oak Street, Rishi has a demonstrated track record of meaningfully improving financial performance through revenue growth and year-over-year reduction in hospital admissions.
Prior to joining Oak Street, Rishi most immediately worked at DaVita Kidney Care, where she led dialysis clinics across the Bronx, NY. Rishi earned her bachelor’s degree in economics from the University of Chicago and her MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business. She was named one of Modern Healthcare’s 40 Under 40 honorees for 2024. |
