Sandeep, founder and Senior Advisor at Nexus Venture Partners, has driven early investments in unicorn startups in India. Sandeep also leads ACT Grants Health's investment committee, focusing on digital health innovations for low-income communities. He also advises Avaana Capital and Marico Innovation Foundation. He holds an MBA from Wharton and an Electrical Engineering degree from Stanford University.

Molly Bode

Molly Bode is a Partner at McKinsey & Company who previously worked for the Governor of Massachusetts, The World Bank, and Dartmouth College. At McKinsey and Company, she leads Health for the Philanthropy Domain and Innovation, Design, and RMNCH (Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health) for the Public Health Domain. Her extensive work across the US and many countries (including throughout Africa and Asia) has focused on public health, innovation, and equity, addressing complex challenges through strategic initiatives. She supports efforts across the social, public, and private sector and is incredibly passionate about public health and health equity.
A double graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, Molly holds both a Master of Public Health and a Master of Business Administration. She also holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Film from Dartmouth College. |

Enrico Carbone is a founding Managing Partner at IKJ Capital, an early stage investment company. Enrico has actively invested in health, technology, environmental and retail ventures across North and South America.
Enrico also serves as a Board member of Health in Harmony, an NGO that provides healthcare services to indigenous populations in Indonesia, Madagascar and Brazil. Prior to venture – Enrico gained 20 years of Investment Banking experience. He was a Partner and Managing Director of BR Partners, a leading independent investment bank in Brazil. Enrico is an alum of Stanford University (Stanford Executive Program) and has a Business Degree from EAESP-FGV. |
